Returns & Exchanges

We know, sometimes things just aren't quite right. Whether it's the fit, the color, or you simply changed your mind - we've got your back. Here's how we roll when it comes to returns and exchanges:

— REFUNDS : If you're just not feeling the love, don't sweat it! You can send your item(s) back within 21 days of the shipment date and we'll issue a refund. Just a heads up, there's a $12.95 return processing fee that we'll deduct from the total amount. Our elves (okay, it's us, but we like to feel festive!) have to check and restock the items, after all.

— STORE CREDIT : If you'd rather give another JO+CO style a try, we'd love to give you a 110% store credit value on a digital gift card. That's right, we said 110%! You've got a full 30 days from the shipment date to make this happen. And the cherry on top? No return processing fee, and we'll even pick up the tab for the return shipping label. That's how much we believe in second chances!

— EXCHANGES : So you found the perfect style but the size didn't work out? No problem! You can exchange sizes within 21 days from the shipment date. There's a small $9.95 process fee for the exchange (which goes towards feeding our pet unicorns – kidding, it's just for the process!).
