SHIPPING

All orders placed on www.shopjoandco.com are eligible for shipping onlyEffective 3/1/22, all orders in the Continental US will receive FREE economy shipping through USPS Select Ground, Fedex Smartpost, or UPS Surepost.  You may opt to select standard shipping for $9.95 which will be shipped via USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground.   The customer may select an expedited shipping method at their own cost.

Orders with Standard shipping get priority in shipping over other orders and typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped.   Orders placed before 12pm EST will typically be processed same day.  Weekends and holidays are not business days and are excluded for shipping times.  You will receive an e-mail with tracking info once your order has been shipped.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but if this is something you are interested us in starting please e-mail us!

From time to time, we run big promos and when that happens there may be a slight delay in your shipment.  We work hard to fulfill these orders and get them out quickly but please expect an additional 1-2 business day delay when big promos and sales are happening!

We no longer offer in-store pick up as an option online.  In order to do FREE in-store pick up or curbside pick up, the customer must contact their local store to process their order.  The store can process your order over the phone & have it ready for you to pick up within the hour.

disappointed

I was really looking forward to finally buying this shirt I have had an eye on for a while now. When I received it in the mail, it was terribly wrinkled and I found a hole in the seam. When I brought it to the store the only thing they could do to help me was refer me to a seamstress. I just feel like this is below the quality standards I have been used to.

Hey Mallory! I am so sorry about your experience. I spoke with the store manager and I believe there was a miscommunication, and we'd like to fix that for you. She said you wanted to exchange it for the same style because you like it but we didn't have your size anymore. Since we didn't have your size, she said she talked to you about working with a seamstress to get the seam fixed! If you don't want to do this we would 100% be happy to take the top back as a return for you. We don't want you to be stuck with a damaged item!
