I was really looking forward to finally buying this shirt I have had an eye on for a while now. When I received it in the mail, it was terribly wrinkled and I found a hole in the seam. When I brought it to the store the only thing they could do to help me was refer me to a seamstress. I just feel like this is below the quality standards I have been used to.
Hey Mallory! I am so sorry about your experience. I spoke with the store manager and I believe there was a miscommunication, and we'd like to fix that for you. She said you wanted to exchange it for the same style because you like it but we didn't have your size anymore. Since we didn't have your size, she said she talked to you about working with a seamstress to get the seam fixed! If you don't want to do this we would 100% be happy to take the top back as a return for you. We don't want you to be stuck with a damaged item! You can either email the Newburgh store manager if you'd like to return there at email@example.com or if you'd like us to send you a prepaid return label you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Hope to talk to you soon!
