Coat was cancelled by store
Received a notification that the coat I ordered had to be cancelled. They refunded my money because they weren’t able to supply me with it. Such a bummer. Was surprised that they didn’t offer some kind of replacement as an option or even a small credit to use online for the inconvenience.

Hi Kimberly! We are so sorry about this. You absolutely should've received an e-mail with an included discount code for the inconvenience. When we went to pull your coat we noticed it was damaged and we didn't want to send out a damaged product. Unfortunately, that was our last size in stock. You will be receiving an email today with a special coupon code to use on a future purchase!
