JO+CO Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your JO+CO pieces. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To start, visit our Return Portal.

If you selected Re:Do ($1.98) at checkout, your return is free — refund, store credit, or exchange — and your order is protected against loss or damage.

If you did not add Re:Do:

  • Returns incur a $9.95 return fee.

  • Exchanges get free return shipping.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box.

Final Sale items (discounted 30%+) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.

If your order was paid (in full or in part) with a JO+CO gift card or store credit, that portion will be refunded to that method first.

Store credit expires after 1 year from the date it is issued.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Final Sale items (discounted 30%+)
  • Accessories: jewelry, hats, belts, bodysuits (hygiene reasons)
  • Items with stains, odors or fragrances, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Items damaged due to improper packaging
  • Items returned without a damage claim on file

Return Requirements

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Returned in the original poly bag or similar protective packaging
  • Shoes: must be in the original box and shipped inside an outer box (no labels on shoe box)

Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@shopjoandco.com. Include photos and your order number so we can assist quickly. Items sent back without a damage claim may not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you did not purchase Checkout+ (Re:Do), JO+CO is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit or after delivery. Please contact USPS or UPS directly with tracking questions.

With Checkout+, your order is protected.

Using ShopPay or Other Installments?

You’re still responsible for completing your scheduled payments.
Returned items will be refunded per this policy once processed.
