— REFUNDS : We want you to love what you get! If you're not entirely please, we gladly accept returns for a refund within 14 days of the shipment date. There's a $12.95 processing fee to cover return shipping costs and other related expenses. Your refund, after deducting the processing fee, will be sent to your original payment method.
— STORE CREDIT : Change of heart? We're here to help! Opt for ur online credit within 30 days of shipment, and we'll send you an e-gift card. As an added bonus, we'll even give you an extra 10% in credit as a gift (maxing out at $20). Oh, and the return shipping? That's on us!
— EXCHANGES : We want you to find the perfect match. We offer two flexible exchange options within 14 days of shipment and there's a reduced processing fee of $6.95. Items purchased are eligible for only one exchange, if it doesn't work out the second time you can return it.
